Institutional Position
An independent research trust building governance structures around AI knowledge systems.
AI Edtech Governance Trust is a New Zealand-registered independent research trust. We exist to address a structural gap in the governance of AI systems that exercise epistemic authority across education, health, and public life.
We are not a technology vendor and do not build AI products. The people shown here are part of a trust whose work is to build formal foundations, governance frameworks, and institutional mechanisms that make AI knowledge systems inspectable, domain-scoped, and publicly accountable.
